Good grief! The 2011 golf season is upon us already. How did that happen? Happy New Year everyone! I hope you were all spared from the floods and have been practising when you could.
The first game for the 2011 season is at Virginia Golf Club on Sunday 13 February, arrival at 6.50am for tee-off at 7.10am. The address is Elliott Road, Banyoo, and the number of the pro shop there is 3267 7057. Supposedly it's a very nice course.
I didn't play at Virginia last year, so I can't really tell you how to get there, but from the map it looks like you can either go up Sandgate Road or along Southern Cross Way (not Gateway Motorway) and exit at Toombul Road. Good luck!
As usual, please let me know asap whether or not you will be playing. We look forward to a good turnout for this first game!
