Mcleod game – 8th May 2011

Just an infamous five turned up for the Mothers day game, you can tell where our priorities fall, on this very pleasant day.

There was the possibility of easy points to be had with such a small field, and everyone came home with very reasonable scores, helped in part by the McLeod course that was playing shorter than normal as the ball was rolling miles after landing.

We had to adjust the amount of points on offer due to the small field, which is something we will continue with in future events where only a few brave souls willing to suffer the wrath of their mothers turn up.

Congrat’s to Dan whose handicap will surely suffer as a result of this game.

Thanks to the ones who turned up, our ugly mugs can be seen on this very site after you’ve read the report.

Here are the results:

1st place on 43pts – Dan Williams
2nd place on 37pts – Owen Wright
3rd place on 37pts – Rodney Topor

NTP on the 6th – Ian Smith
NTP on the 16th – not won
MLD on the 9th – Dan Williams
LLD– N/A

Regards,
Paul (Captain)
